Visitor Management System

The Visitor Management System replaces traditional manual scribbles of names in the visitor record books. It electronically scans the barcode of ID card, Driver’s License and Work Permit swiftly and easily, avoiding long waiting queues. Moreover, the security personnel is also able to enter additional details immediately upon registration or at a later stage into the database system.

Why use Key Management System?

Many existing systems are rather old-school, as they rely on key books and the reliability of the master key holder. This is open to much human error. This process is inefficient, unreliable, prone to human error and lacks any form of proper accountability and management system.

APRO provides Intelligent Key Management Systems solutions such as Traka, allowing organisations to control, monitor and record the movement of keys electronically. This in turn facilitates the efficient deployment of their assets.

Featuring Traka

Traka electronic key cabinets are modular systems available in a range of different sizes. The keys are permanently attached to an iFob using a security seal and are electronically tagged. User access can be controlled using PIN, access card, biometrics or a combination depending on requirements. The Key Management System ensures that only authorised employees are allowed access to the key cabinet and their designated keys. The software component of the Key Management System allows users to monitor, control, record key usage and generate management reports.

Featuring MicroPoint Cable (Intrepid Perimeter Intrusion Detection System) by Southwest Microwave

The MicroPoint Cable is based on MicroPointTM cable technology which detects any fence disturbance and locates it to within 10 feet (3 meters). Precise location allows proprietary digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms to detect any attempt to cut or climb the fence while ignoring distributed noise from wind, rain or heavy vehicles. Reliable detection is assured.

MicroPoint Cable also transmits alarm signals and operating power to all modules and auxiliary sensors along the perimeter eliminating the need for extra wiring. INTREPID software interfaces directly with a personal computer (PC) so that your computer becomes the installation test set, graphic map, and alarm monitoring display.
